Smith Shapourian Mignano PC ("SSM") is a women- and minority-owned boutique law firm servicing emerging companies, venture capital firms and small businesses. At this time, SSM is located in Seattle, Washington and San Francisco, CA. All six full-time attorneys as well as two part-time paralegals are completely remote, and we intend to continue working this way as we build.
We are looking for full-time associates and administrative assistants with 2-4 years of relevant experience in general corporate/tech transactions, M&A, or EC/VC departments. Experience in these verticals is mandatory. These candidates can be located anywhere across the country, but we prefer those who are CA-licensed.
The associate hire is our most urgent need. Pay ranges anywhere from $150-200K base salary for a 2-4 year associate, with a 20% year end bonus, unlimited 10% origination fees, $10K referral fee per attorney recruit, etc.
