California Immigrant Legal Fellows

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC), has partnered with the California Department of Social Services, California ChangeLawyers, and other immigrant rights organizations, including CHIRLA to launch the second cohort of a three-year fellowship for up to 9 attorneys or law graduates committed to providing immigration legal services in underserved regions of the state – Central Coast, Central Valley, and Inland Empire. Immigration Legal Fellows will receive intensive training on immigration law, particularly removal defense deportation, and immigrant rights, as well as hands-on experience representing clients before federal agencies and immigration court.
