- Drafting motions for cases in the Immigration Court and other appellate courts;

- Performing legal research on Westlaw;

- Preparing immigration applications with supporting documents;

- Preparing Family Law and Probate forms and e-filing documents;

- Reviewing immigration applications prepared by the legal assistants.

Required or Preferred Qualifications for the position:

- California Bar-Certified (Required);

- At least one (1) year of experience in immigration legal work (Preferred);

- 100% Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required);

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Required);

Our firm offers a range of benefits, such as paid vacation, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a Kaiser health plan. There is plenty of free parking in our office complex and we are within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants located on The Alameda.

If you meet all of the qualifications mentioned above and are interested in joining our firm, please send a detailed resume, a cover letter, and a writing sample for our review.

Thank you!
